I worked as the sole PMM to lead the website redesign process, restructuring the messaging from technical to value-driven, collaborating with the product team to create case studies, thought leadership articles and with the product team to create positioning frameworks that drove interest in Envoy Solutions

Utilized prompt engineering and AI to create a website using Chatgpt, CodePen and Lovable to create a mockup of GymShare. I also used Miro to map the customer journey, incorporating customer research of 5+ gym lovers to understand their pain points.

GymShare is an application for gym lovers, influencers and gym owners to share recommendations on the best equipment and provide a fluid membership to all subscribers.

My process involves incorporating data-driven insights to inform decisions. To run campaigns, I ensure rigorous keyword and competitive research using SEMRush/Ahrefs. This helps guide collateral creation and link building. Google Analytics helps trace the top-performing page and audience location, ensuring to keep track of bounce rate to ensure optimal content delivery and SQL to make sense of data and optimize.
