I combined prompt engineering to bring GymShare to life using tools like ChatGPT, CodePen, and Lovable to design a mockup of GymShare – a platform for gym lovers, influencers and gym owners. To shape the user experience, I mapped out the customer journey in Miro, informed by research and interviews with over five gym enthusiasts to identify their pain points.
Gym share aims to help users share recommendations on the best equipment and enjoy a seamless membership experience across different gyms.
I worked as the sole PMM to lead the website redesign process, restructuring the messaging from technical to value-driven, collaborating with the product team to create case studies, thought leadership articles and with the product team to create positioning frameworks that drove interest in Envoy Solutions.
I collaborated with clients’ in-house teams to plan and scale their product online, incorporating SEO into their website copy and overseeing blogs, case studies and newsletter messaging to ensure it stays on brand and is value-driven.

Spearheaded monthly sync updates and strategy sessions with the Sales and Marketing team to craft messaging that transformed from technical to value-driven, strategized on two product launches, discussed updates in the website redesign process and developed a sales enablement toolkit, and whitepapers that helped us improve Demo requests and visibility within the industry.
Facilitated the promotional campaign for the Profad Care Agency app, a UK-based care agency that provided aging care and support to families. The app aimed to improve worker alignment, accessibility and ease of communication between clients and the company. I tracked behaviour within the app to inform messaging and guide content creation. Helping users understand the features and benefits of the application.
