As the PMM bringing GymShare to life, my objectives span both strategic planning and executional excellence. I combined prompt engineering to bring GymShare to life using tools like ChatGPT, CodePen, and Lovable to design a mockup of GymShare – a platform for gym lovers, influencers and gym owners. To shape the user experience, I mapped out the customer journey in Miro, informed by research and interviews with over five gym enthusiasts to identify their pain points. My job is to ensure GymShare launches with clarity, adoption, and momentum.

OBJECTIVES

  • Defined compelling value proposition that resonate with both users and gym owners
  • Benchmark against competitors and anchor differentiation in real-time access, influencer trust and flexible gym usage
  • Build messaging frameworks tailored to Sarah our (ICP) and secondary segments
  • Launch a waitlist campaign, influencer previews, and content strategy to build awareness
  • Create gym onboarding kits, pitch decks, ROI calculators and training guides
  • Position GymShare as a revenue-generation partner, not a cost
  • Create user-facing content: landing pages, app store copy, onboarding flows
  • Define & Trach Success Metrics
